1 TIMOTHY 4:1-8
1. Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the last days some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of demons; 2. Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3. Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 4. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: 5. For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 6. If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, you shall be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou has attained. 7. But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. 8. For bodily exercise profits little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
1 TIMOTEO 4:1-8
1. Pero el Espíritu dice claramente que en los postreros tiempos algunos apostataran de la fe, escuchando a espíritus engañadores y a doctrinas de demonios; 2. por la hipocresía de mentirosos que, teniendo cauterizada la conciencia, 3. prohibran casare, y mandaran abstenerse de alimentos que Dios creo para que con accion de gracias participasen de ellos los creyentes y los que han conocido la verdad. 4. Porque por la palabra De Dios y por la oración es santificado. 6. Si esto enseñas a los hermanos, seras buen ministro de Jesucristo, nutrido con las palabras de la fe de la buena doctrina que has seguido. 7. Desecha las fabulas profanas y de viejas. Ejercitate para la piedad; 8. porque el ejercicio corporal para poco es provechoso, pero la piedad para todo aprovecha, pues tiene promesa de esta vida presente, y de la venidera.
2 TIMOTHY 3:1-7
1. This know also, that in the last dats perilous times shall come. 2. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, greedy, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3. Without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4. Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than of God; 5. Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 8. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
2 TIMOTEO 3:1-7
1. También debes saber esto: que en los postreros días vendrán tiempos peligrosos. 2. Porque habra hombres amadores de si mismos, avaros, vanagloriosos, soberbios, blasfemos, desobedientes a los padres, ingratos, impíos, 3. sin afecto natural, implacables, calumniadores, intemperantes, crueles, aborrecedores de lo bueno, 4. traidores, impetuosos, infatuados, amadores de los deleites mas que De Dios, 5. que tendrán apariencia de piedad, pero negaran la eficacia de ella; a estos evita. 6. Porque de estos son los que se meten en las casas y llevan cautivas a las mujercillas cargadas de pecados, arrastradas por diversas concupiscencias. 7. Estas siempre están aprendiendo, y nunca pueden llegar al conocimiento de la verdad.
